Pros
Since it’s a family company, decisions don’t happen in a board of directors, so it’s very fast paced and dynamic. The best is the lack of bureaucracy and simpler hierarchy. The human factor is also a pro, people are very warm and welcoming and a great place to meet people from all over the world.
Cons
Often times can seem a bit chaotic and unorganized, but you get used to it. It’s like a big start up. Not a fit for too rigid people who need precise ‘work instructions’. Also, could be more generous with the holiday allowance.
