During my time at MSC I saw that there was a lot a favouritism within management. Leaving some employees to fall short with disabling them to grow. Many employees probation were extended after 6 month probation period which is crazy. Much of the time you feel like you are learning on your own as lack of training is at hand. When mistakes are made there’s a lot of blame and no ownership. The loudest people in the room get the attention and put in positions they are not fit for.
