      Pros

      The biggest pro to come out of working here is the friends I’ve made.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. If there are any behavioural issues within teams, both partners and HR turn a blind eye. If you bring money in for the firm, they will forgive any kind of behaviour. The partners at this firm are among the worst I’ve ever worked with. They will kill your spirit and self confidence! As far as legal careers go, I agree with a previous negative review, Maddocks is indeed where legal careers go to die!

      -Good culture -Flexible with WFH and holidays -Lots of perks and support for employees -Training provided -Good for experience

      Fast paced Sometimes long hours when busy ( end of month)
