      Fun and smart co-workers and overall culture. Good work life balance.

      Tendency to recreate the wheel versus accepting industry tools / approaches. Wastes time. A lot of meetings / proposed solutions are not necessary or likely to succeed.

      honestly, hard to report any pros

      The new leadership team that took over in 2023 was the most disorganized and deceitful group I've ever worked with. Product moved to cheap knock-offs, internal policy shifts to knowingly stiff contractors, and no meaningful sense of organization. Avoid at all costs.
