Pros

Remote ability to work from

Cons

Benifits are not that good but available, there is no room for advancements, the supervisor is neglectful to the position they communicate pretty much through unclear email messages and state to let them know if there are any questions but when you respond back the leadership does not reply back so the employee is left hanging. This causes for errors made sometimes. When errors are rarely addressed the email asks you snarky comment why you did the error a year later as if one can remember their thoughts after a full year. Leadership os clearly not qualified to hold a supervisor position. They tell the team to ask questions amd when there is no response they will act upset of you ask another fellow team mate what their understanding to be. They will invent a reason to let the employee go then try not to let that person recieve Unemployment when the reason really is that the client they had is revolking there work back to inhouse. Unemployment called me to ask why my answer is I really dont know. I was never talked to, never wrote up suspended. I never had any displinary actions . Unemployment did side with me but if you work there I highly suggest you keep a daily journaland all emails from everyone in leadership because they intenstionally or unintenstionally will try to make employee look bad when the reason is the client fired then so if you have to figjt for your unemplyement to have a clear journal of all their dysfunction. They were ok to work for the first couple years, the client was new and we were all growing together learning, but managment stayed ignorant to process and still has no idea how to work the system so tries to act as if they do by asking employees to do their job and when you do they start getting fearful you are making them look bad and they start sabatoging you in ways you will be unaware of instead of if it was something you were doing wrong how come it was never addressed, ever brought to attention. No worries from me they did me a huge favor I should shake their hand and say thank you.

Pros

Fully remote, no travel Equipment is provided

Cons

You know this company is bad when you're willing to come back a year later to write a throughput review. Believe other reviews about management on the nursing and coding side of this company. Appeal nurses have to report to the rudest, most condescending senior leader. She is going to expect you to write your letters her way or the highway. Very difficult to work with during the recruitment process, I had to turn down GREAT candidates for her clinical positions.... it was heartbreaking to know it was because... idk what it was because. Sometimes I think she's genuinely a hateful person. So many great nurses could've been hired, she knows the power director has, and use it in the worst way. R1 RCM will be a better option for you guys!! Coders beware: pay is extremely low and hours aren't guaranteed
