Offering good training is also very important to us. As you know, one of our core values is developing our people so they can learn, grow and perform at their best, so I’m very pleased you recognise this. Sorry to hear that your role can be quite restrictive and difficult at times. We work closely with our clients to try and ensure the best experience for our contractors but unfortunately are not always able to control this. I would suggest speaking with your line manager about this to see what improvements can be made – I’m sure they will be very accommodating of this. We will continue to review the processes on-site together with our client to ensure the experience employees get is a positive one.
