I’m very pleased that you felt the training provided to you was particularly helpful – we believe development for our employees is critical and that everyone deserves the opportunity to discover their personal best, so it’s good to see this played out. We also work hard to ensure we support all our employees; from those working on-site, to high street branches, to our shared service centres and head office.
I am disappointed however to hear that the work environment on-site wasn’t positive for you and am concerned over the troubles you’ve expressed with pay, holidays and shifts. We work closely with our clients to try and ensure the best experience for our contractors but unfortunately are not always able to control this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will continue to review the processes on-site together with our client to ensure the experience employees get is a positive one.
