Pros

-weekly pay -everyone who isn't management are lovely

Cons

-cliquey management, a lot of people on power trips and they tend to stare you out to try and intimidate you. -no permanent contract unless you're one of the managers favourites, even if you've worked there for years! -management pick and choose what rules they'll uphold with different people. If you do them a favour they'll overlook your bad call reports etc. -call reports are unrealistif, expected to be on the phone to 7 and a half hours your entire shift and if you're not the time spent off the phone has to be accounted for...even if there's nothing to do (theres never enough aork to go round). -staff turnover is HUGE because people hardly last a couple of months without leaving because its so awful.

Great pay Fast assignment Quick response to questions Always available during business hrs.

Cons

Loading own hrs online. Some people are not good on computers
