Pros
Flexible extra work for students, day-time, evening- and night-shifts, and even on weekends. Good way to gain some experience and extra money during studies.
Cons
Poor booking/management system, way behind competitors. Outdated salary management system. Sometimes hard to get booked on your freetime, and a lot of times forced to work on your not-free time.
