Pros

There are an employer , they pay on time

Cons

I have a terminally Ill mother , they do not let me take unpaid leave to see her in hospital , or take her to chemo appointments they always want me to pay back my time later for BT's business needs which results in working stupid hours. Both companies should be ashamed. If push comes to shove or someone dies you can get special leave. However getting this takes a lot of pushing SHAME ON BOTH COMPANIES . I have somehow worked here for 2 years

Pros

The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

Cons

The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
