      Pros

      Any person who can pass a drug test can walk in and get a job and be working within a week or two for 9$ an hour which isn't much but is more than McDonald's.

      Cons

      Employees are not respected at all. Hardly any opportunity for advancement and opportunities that do exist involve tons of added responsibilities and very little pay increase. Management does not care about their employees at all.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
