Pros

The team I was a part of had good people and they treated me well.

Cons

As a remote employee I didn't receive my laptop or other equipment to do my job until a week after I started. There was zero training for the position that I was hired for, yet I was expected to deliver results and know what to do. My Manager would get annoyed with me if I told them that I didn't know how to do something. When I would ask for help on a project she would simply pull it from me and do it herself rather than help me learn. 3 months into my position I still didn't know half of what I needed in order to do my job effectively. I was told I would have a mentor until the end of the year to help me learn my job, but that person was taken away a month after I started. The team I was a part of was so busy that while they were all very nice, none of them had any time to help me. The entire team had been with Manpower for so long that they didn't remember what it was like to be new, and I was told more than once after being in my position for a month that I could no longer us being new as an excuse to not know something. Compensation Management is well under market value for the US.
