As a big company with a global footprint, there are potentially many opportunities to find an appropriate placement as a tech contractor.
Cons
They make unilateral decisions w/o prior feedback affecting employees. After taking over a smaller company, they took away the benefits that were the reasons that many chose the original company over Manpower or its competitors.
