      Pros

      Well established company with global presence that seems to be going from strength to strength. Good company values & ethics. Excellent training team. Unlimited support right up to board level. Good career progression. Regular updates on UK and Global performance and inititaitives to all colleagues.

      Cons

      No clear salary bandings across business for roles so can be inconsistent even in same business area.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
