Great entry level experience; Position provides the ability to learn multiple roles (HR / Sales / CSR / Pay roll & Administrate support) combined in one position.
Cons
Working a full desk and wearing too many hats leaves little time for work and life balance. You get overextended and burnt out very quickly.
