Pros
Coworkers truly believed in the company's mission and took personal pride in their jobs. Finance provided super analytical tools which allowed us to have real world up-to-date performance tools more advanced than those I found at pure Finance companies.
Cons
Due to a drop in the economy, layoffs became inevitable. Communication was not always transparent and created a high level of stress and tension. Growth made that "family - company" feel disappear. It was painful to watch.
