- Very poor communication, management and support of contracting employees - The benefits they claim to provide to contractors, including online training courses to sharpen skills, are non-existent and none of the managers that are supposed to provide support to the contractors cannot help and do very little (to nothing) to resolve. - Treatment of contractors is less than professional and supportive
