Awful customer service Poor compensation compared with the high level of requirements expected from candidates Issues since the onboarding to the last minute to receive the ROE Management doesn't care Lies and excuses to try to justify their own faults. It's always everybody else's fault but never their own: the employee, the client (employer you work assigned for), they never hold themselves accountable Disrespectful treatment, having calls hung up on you Lack of communnication The mess... oh the mess. They are incredibly disorganized, there's no leadership, even when you involve a manager, nothing happens. As a matter of coincidence, tomorrow I have a call with the CEO of Manpower for my city, to report the countless incidents I faced while being an associate, let's see if at this level in the chain of command (CEO) if he cares a bit about the horrible reputation Manpower has in Calgary, probably the worst staffing agency of all times.
