I had been working at the company for 11 months, and they only paid half of the holiday allowance, justifying it by saying that they pay half in June and the other half in November to employees who have been with the company for less than a year. I officially left the company on July 18, and on July 30, the card where I receive the meal allowance was blocked — without any prior notice that it would be. They take advantage of every situation to keep your money. Limited training opportunities and a need for stronger leadership support;
