Pros
Company has excellent and diverse working culture. Unlike with other companies, ManpowerGroup live out their brand and promote a great environment for work. They also value career management - they talk to their employees regarding career plans and paths.
Cons
One of the many aspects that this company may want to consider to improve in is the pay rate. Salary is at par or quite below the market. Yes, there are great people, good environment, decent commission/incentives, however, the base pay is not that competitive compared to the market rate.
