-Flexibility (for most positions) -Lots of really smart people willing to help you out -Fairly new HQ, convenient location -Free online training platform
Cons
-Pay is below average -If you work as a contractor recruited through Manpower or Experis you get absolutely no benefits- no PTO, no insurance, no holiday pay -Most times they will prefer to hire an external candidate over an internal candidate -Old and outdated software in some departments
