Pros

Great working environment, lovely colleagues/collegiate environment, flexible working permitted, supportive of development. Length of service of some colleagues demonstrates that people like it with MPG. The UK CEO has been with the group 30 years. I've found it a great place to develop and the challenges are constant. The work for me is varied and interesting. I think I've learned more in the last 4/5 years than I have since I started working! There's scope in MPG for independence, for people to take ownership and build relationships and to lead change. These skills are rewarded with some great programmes to recognise the hard work put in.

Cons

Pay at bottom end of market, but work life balance benefits outweighs the ££. Management supervision can be laid back and really you have to be the master of your own time and workload.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It’s always great to hear about the many ways colleagues are being challenged and developed as we strive to be a high performance organisation. As you mention, it can be a great environment for building your career, especially with some of the talent programmes we have introduced over the past year or so. If you haven’t already had a coaching conversation with your manager, I would encourage you to initiate this in order to unlock even more opportunities. Our people are such an important part of what we do - thank you for contributing to our success. I hope you continue to flourish here.
