Pros

Working from home Quick learning of the office 365 product via daily troubleshooting.

Cons

Management is under qualified Constantly in the ticket queue; zero time allotted for research, training, staying current on the product, self study, etc. No regular performance evaluation; no pay increases No incentive to do more than the minimum So it’s your standard help desk job, but you get to do it from home! That is the huge plus that allows one to sweep all these cons under the rug, at least for now. My advice to new employees who may be disheartened with the cons of the job, especially those who have little to no experience with Office 365, would be to hang in there and stick with it for a year. The skills learned during that time, through the experience of using and troubleshooting Office 365 day in and day out, will prove to be a nice addition to your resume.

I like that the HR proactively provides us with raises without us having to ask

A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though
