Pros
-Management are generally very helpful and motivating. -Good entry-level position for those interested in recruiting or other HR related fields. -Plenty of training offered. -Nice office downtown with parking included. -Able to learn and be open about communication.
Cons
-Pay and benefits are quite low, entry level or not -Time off/ sick time are not paid your first several months -Your success really depends on your client. No guarantee where you will be placed -Some miscommunication due to nature of projects and clients
