Pros
The people I worked with were great -- hard-working, intelligent, dedicated, and genuinely nice people. For the most part, I liked the work I was given. The flexible hours almost made up for the sub-standard pay scale.
Cons
It took me some time to realize I was pigeon-holed, and that working hard and producing great results was never going to get me a promotion. And based on their actions, I am not sure if upper management is more interested in growing the company long-term, or in boosting the stock price short-term.
