Pros
Great if you can work at headquarters. There are many opportunities available to move around as long as you are not in IT. The onsite cafeteria is cheap. There are many opportunities to volunteer in the city as well.
Cons
The branch offices are going through a huge restructure so many people are dissatisfied with the changes. HUGE layoffs throughout the IT department.
