      A few people are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Low base pay, very unhealthy competitive environment, unprofessional towards the clients, constant arguments and screaming between Sales and Talent Acquisition, unmotivated employees, no competent managers, no real direction or vision for the future of the company
