Business outlook
Pros
The time-off policies where decent even though there was no paid-time off. Benefits were offered but at a premium. Work environment was comfortable and laid back. Flexible working hours was great.
Cons
Benefit package became worse over the past several years. There were no advancement possibilities beyond low level management. Promised permanent placement but upper management did not follow though. Extensive overtime requirements.
