if you're lucky you get really nice team members

Everything happens with favouritism including flexibility in terms of work and promotions. HR is basically useless as they do not take any complaints seriously and everything goes directly to your manager so no anonymity. Teams that work for JLR are constantly hiring because nobody can stand to stay there under the toxic team leaders that even time your breaks.
