      Pros

      This job pays weekly. It has a friendly environment with co workers that are willing to help you with projects that you are assigned.

      Cons

      Pay is little and not much room for growth. Management is disorganized at times and also doesn't give straightforward answer to questions that are asked. They have favorites that are usually given better opportunities than regular workers.
