Pros

Flexible, allowing unpaid time off without requiring make-up hours. Excellent trainer props to Leo

Cons

Excessive theoretical training. Salary is mediocre (minimum wage) but oh well we live in Portugal. This specific position was extremely overwhelming, I genuinely don't know how I lasted that long. The commissions were far too small for the relentless pressure to sell. It was incredibly contradictory: if sales numbers were low, the team faced intense pressure to meet goals “at all costs,” often encouraging low-quality sales. But when those goals were exceeded, with quantity overshadowing quality, it became a problem too. By ‘they,’ I’m referring to team leaders, quality managers, and, of course, the project coordinator.

Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job
