Pros

Salary... They sometimes ‘forget’ to pay on time, but hey — who cares when you get it, as long as you eventually do, right?

Cons

The agency itself is a disaster. Communication is inconsistent at best, and often nonexistent. When they do reach out, emails are sloppy, unprofessional, and sometimes barely readable—zero punctuation, poor grammar, and no clear structure. It feels like they don’t care enough to even spell-check, let alone treat you like a human being. Once you’re placed, they vanish. If there’s a problem at the workplace, you’re stuck between the agency and the company—neither one wants to take responsibility. Try to contact someone for help, and you’ll either get no reply or a vague, useless answer like “we’re looking into it.” Spoiler: they never are. You’re treated like a number, not a person. They rush you through the onboarding process, expect you to adapt instantly, and show no interest in how things are going unless it’s about filling shifts or timesheets. If you bring up any issue—anything at all—it’s brushed off or ignored. You're clearly replaceable in their eyes, and they don't bother hiding it. The agency can't even send a proper email. Messages look like someone smashed their keyboard in a hurry. No subject line, no greeting, barely a sentence of information. It’s completely unprofessional and shows exactly how little effort or respect they put into communicating with the workers they supposedly “support.” The agency is supposed to be the bridge between workers and the company—but this one is more like a crumbling rope. Terrible communication, no support, no respect, and no professionalism. You’ll get more clarity and kindness from an automated chatbot than from their actual staff.
