      Pros

      Great people in the field. Great reputation earned by people no longer with the company.

      Cons

      Executives who have overseen a steady decline in revenue, market share and profit are promoted at the expense of front line producers. Two Experis acquisitions have been wasted. We're undergoing yet another "transformation" that's unlikely to work. The company is slowly dying.
