Pros
Your coworkers are number one benefit of working for Maples Group as everyone is so nice and welcoming. I also enjoy different events and snacks and getting spoiled by my company. It makes me feel valued. Besides that my hard work did not go unnoticed and I was promoted twice while working at Maples. I like that senior management was transparent about my role and I have a clear career trajectory in mind. Work is challenging but it keeps me sharp and I enjoy it, also love the fact that I have freedom to do my job without constant supervision. I would highly recommend Maples Group to others.
Cons
No paid overtime but your compensation package does end up reflecting overtime you did previous year. Hard to maintain work life balance sometimes.
