      Pros

      A very nice work environment, with a very helpful coworkers and good management. I really enjoyed the time I spent working from Marketlinc. I learned a lot here and, for sure, I will take this learning throughout all my professional life.

      Cons

      I cannot thinking in any thing to say about cons. Maybe it is a little instabil, since jobs depend on client projects, but they will keep the higher effort to relocate their agents to another project, if the project for who you work ending.

      Good culture, stimulating work, flexible hours, good pay and benefits, committed employees, good leadership, ongoing feedback through personal development plans, hard work appreciated, good work/life balance
