No one knows what they are doing. Leadership is a joke. No one gets along and the team members know. The Leadership team is not on the same page. The tactics used to coach, and correct actions, or even the probationary conversations are different manager to manager. The directors don't care about the managers. They prioritize the supervisors and wants of the team but not the managers. the focus is never on the growing problem, which is now associate behavior. I don't feel lead and no one else does either.
