Pros

Pay Plan was great when it was by profit. Company Car as Sales Exec. Brands they offer.

Cons

Long Hours. No consideration when put in for holiday requests. 6 day work weeks, Marshall still behind from it's competitors. Bullying managers from the transaction managers, sales managers all the way up to the director.
