Management is extremely rude and demeaning to fellow co-workers. Most don't understand what their direct manager is asking during meetings, but I feel it's more a problem that they try to micromanage us so much and treat us like we're not adults on shift. Most of the time it's management that inhibits quality instead of my fellow co-workers.
Pay isn't that great. Benefits are ok at best. The healthcare is expensive since you're not even making above poverty level compared to the cost of living in Denver.
Had a situation where I had to miss 2 weeks unpaid and racked up points despite having doctor's notes and still got a written warning for missing work. Never seen that kind of system and makes me not want to work for a place that does it.
Most of the time you have to yell or scream at your fellow co-worker or learn good body language because the ear protection on the shop floor.
