      Opportunity to grow in the company. Support from team lead a DM. Great colleagues. Independence and autonomy when doing your job at the same time support, when it is required

      Good entry-level job to get experience

      Cons

      Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
