Pros
Hours available to work are pretty flexible--creating a healthy balance for personal and work life. Always room for growth & advancement. The people you work with and get along with--some become life long friends. The regular customers are also great as well.
Cons
The rude, condescending customers that come through every so often. The all over-the-map scheduling: You can open one day, then do graveyard shift the next and the in-between shifts. Working on holidays and not getting any special incentives or better pay. Sometimes it's frustrating being told to do one thing from a supervisor and another, from a different one.
