SEVERE BULLYING and lack of support. I got bullied so bad and management did nothing about it because the person bullying me for in a leadership role. Managers are also bullies as well. I worked for McDonalds for four years and there was little recognition for your work. They would prefer to give leadership roles to those who are younger instead of those who’ve been there for a long time. They only care about MONEY. Don’t care about you at all. The corporation is even worse than the franchises... Managers will force you to do things even if you’re not comfortable or the customer isn’t comfortable. Don’t care about their employees or their customers. They only care about winning their competitions that most don’t even have any rewards for such as the competition score for drive thru between other stores.
