Pros
Very good at working around personal schedules. Management was very considerate of personal goals outside of workplace. Senior management expressed sincere concern and encouragement with getting a better job outside of McDonalds, and was very encouraging with completing college school work, and making college a priority over the work needed at McDonald's
Cons
Salaries were not very well for the comparable work that may be done at other stores. Store manager and assistant manager were not always clear and concise on agreement for certain policies and procedures.
