Pros

Was told a day and time for an interview. Showed up on time, then was immediately told I'd need to come back the next day because the hiring manager wasn't there. They didn't reach out to me at all beforehand, just let me waste my time that day. I come in the next day and get the job, but then they tell me I need to do my trialing at another location which I can't get to. I don't have a car. They won't let me train at the store and force me to go miles away to a location that costs me money to even get transportation to. Never ask about my availability and want to just schedule me whenever they want, even though certain days don't work which I made clear on my application. I see why most people leave before training is even done.

Cons

Unprofessional scheduling, don't pay attention to your availability, don't allow training at the actual location you'll be working at, force you to travel long distances even though they know you don't have transportation

Pros

Good first job but don't stay for more than 2 years unless you get promoted to a manager.

Cons

Job has low pay. Won't give you raises unless they promote you, you are treated the same as a new hire even if you have 2 years of experience. Crew members have no say in anything, they claim when you become a crew trainer your opinion matters.
