Hybrid work week and benefit package.
Cons
Terrible, unqualified managers and HR generalists. Rampant favoritism, no transparency, no work/life balance, no sick leave, no real training program, and no recognition or promoting from within. New PTO policy is borderline illegal. AR and PFS work on holidays that even insurance companies are closed for. Some employees are micromanaged and some are offered zero help or feedback. There are no longer lunches, snacks, or birthday parties. They continue to outsource work to third world countries while their paid employees sit with nothing to do.
