This company is a joke. They have no clue how billing works. Most of the work is outsourced to a company that does not understand basic billing laws. When the billing was done in house it was current and correct. The billing under medvanta is months behind. The work place is petty with a mean girl atmosphere. there is no support towards the staff. OACM was much better off keeping the billing in house instead of joining the CBO/MedVanta billing. ( not that they were given a choice in this!) It is a shame because the docs and staff at OACM are ABOVE all standards when it comes to supporting one another AND in the care they give towards the patients from the office visit down to any billing concerns they had.

Terrible, unqualified managers and HR generalists. Rampant favoritism, no transparency, no work/life balance, no sick leave, no real training program, and no recognition or promoting from within. New PTO policy is borderline illegal. AR and PFS work on holidays that even insurance companies are closed for. Some employees are micromanaged and some are offered zero help or feedback. There are no longer lunches, snacks, or birthday parties. They continue to outsource work to third world countries while their paid employees sit with nothing to do.
