Smart and progressive workplace with good team dynamics - Anonymous employee Medialab Group Employee Review

I have worked at a number of agencies over many years and, having joined Medialab about 18 months ago, have found it to be a smart and progressive workplace, it is a good agency to be part of. They consistently have the best interests of clients and the business at heart and this is borne out in their vision and planning. I've really enjoyed getting to know the team here, The work is fast paced and busy, but the balance between work and social events is good and it is a nice working environment. We have good clients, and an engaged management team, they are busy, but it feels like everyone is working towards the same goals, so there is plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.
