I have always found Medialab to be a great employer. I have worked in a range of agencies and know how challenging it can be to run and grow an agency. The leadership team have struck a good balance of creating growth and caring for the team. They make a huge effort to communicate all the time about the health of the agency and plans for its future, to the whole company. They care about people’s well-being and development. They focus on values, and these values see good people develop and grow. Clearly, the industry is under significant pressure and change right now, and I appreciate these traits and am proud that I work at Medialab.
