Pros

• Have met and worked with some really amazing people • The culture when it’s at its best it’s good and really a friendly environment

Cons

• Junior members are expected to pick up all the work with no real acknowledgment or praise • Often feels like communication from senior leadership is an afterthought • Employees often asked their honest opinions and then ignored • Rushed restructure with no thought or plan in place for when things evidently hit the fan

Pros

Some colleagues were very supportive Opportunity to gain exposure into the industry

Cons

Expectations during the probation period felt unclear and, at times, unrealistic. Limited support and feedback to the role. Performance concerns were not communicated in a constructive or consistent manner. Little opportunity to address issues before termination.
