Culture-driven environment with plenty of opportunities to socialise Very friendly team Plenty of training opportunities Progression is encouraged and you're pushed to improve
Cons
Outside the sociable benefits, there's very little. Little-to-no opportunity for financial bonuses for junior employees despite them doing a lot of the ground work. The culture has definitely been impacted by the fast growth the company has experienced. Feel less valued as an employee in comparison to when I started.
