There are many pros to working at Medica. There is a really supportive and inclusive atmosphere at the company. The company Values are clearly communicated in their attitude to their business and their treatment of staff. I joined in lockdown, where due to to distance, settling in may have been difficult to do, but I was included on many calls and meetings to get to know staff members and teams. I feel very lucky to have joined in the way that I did, best company I have worked for!
